Data Migration Project
As the Product Manager, I led the data migration project for a major bank, transitioning data from a legacy database to a new authorized provisioning point. The goal was to ensure a seamless and accurate migration, meeting all business and regulatory requirements while overcoming geographical and time zone challenges.
Challenges

International Coordination: Collaborating with the business team operating on European hours while the engineering team was located in the United States.

To address these challenges, we adopted a Agile approach:

SQL Analysis: Utilized SQL to analyze data in both the legacy database and the new authorized provisioning point database. This helped in identifying discrepancies, mapping data accurately, and determining the necessary logic for migration.
